Whether water intrusion occurs as an immediate event or evolves over time, RRR knows the importance of responding quickly. We not only inspect the visibly impacted areas but also surrounding areas, to ensure we identify the entire scope of damage.

INVESTIGATION: Using state-of-the-art thermal imaging cameras, moisture meters, and other proven methods our technicians investigate and locate the origin of water infiltration and ensure it has been stopped, or work to stop it immediately. This technology also allows us to trace the path traveled by the water and identify additional damage that may not be easily visible.

REMEDIATION: We design and execute an individualized remediation plan to ensure all impacted areas are addressed. This can include material removals, such as drywall, baseboard, and carpet padding; antimicrobial treatment; and utilizing drying equipment with customized temperature and humidity settings.

RESTORATION: We work with qualified, licensed sub-contractors to restore your property to its pre-damaged condition, coordinating directly with your insurance company, property manager or third-party subcontractor.
